As as first time blogger, I am extremely nervous about what to write. I am equally concerned about how helpful or meaningful any of this content will be for the one reading this.
I feel that reading, writing and socializing really make a person who they are. From a very young age, parents, teachers and peers reinforce personality and through constant interaction have the ability to bring out the best and worst in people.
As an aspiring tutor I believe that I will be able to help your child read, write and socialize as my support systems helped me while I was growing up and continue to do so. I feel that all children are inherently smart and those that are unable to achieve academic excellence is because of lack of guidance, encouragement and perseverance. I feel that acknowledging a child's strengths and weaknesses is key for parents in order to provide a a positive, safe and reassuring environment where their child has the freedom to express, grow and explore.
